assalamualaikum dear peeps! :D

howdy ya?. how's your first raya?. mine. pheww. proudly shout here my weight is up t0 unsatisfied level! ==' .yesterday sehari suntuk makan daging. mulut non st0p chewing and eating. and my stomach was so slowly digest my food and my intestine love to keep my food, so my tummy turns to ninemonth-pregnant mom-tummy. haha! :p

and sudden my heart whispers

" don't ruin your body ; after one month it was in a good health and a good weight, you spoil it in just only one day "

mmgla org cakap makan je la selagi ada nikmat hidup utk makan tp saya kasihan badan saya, and setiap kali saya kasihan setiap kali tu la saya makan. apo citeeeeeee niii?. sha mmg sp0il!

and my sister mmg gile sopan la. she tell me " shaaaa .kenapa kau smlm ngn hari ni lain?. kau semalam kurus. hari ini macam tembum tembam ". haha. tragis gila =='

mari mari kita on diet back! :p

nota minda dan hati :

Amalan hari raya yang merosakkan manfaat puasa:

(i) Makan banyak (terutamanya daging, berempah, berlemak dan berminyak)
(ii) Makan kerap
(iii) Kuih-muih yang payah dihadam
(iv) Air yang mengandungi pewarna, perasa tiruan

Manfaat puasa yang berkekalan:
(i) Kurang makan kerana perut dah kecut
(ii) Kesihatan bertambah baik


Sabda Rasulullah s. a. w. yang bermaksud: “Ada banyak orang yang berpuasa tetapi ia tiada memperolehi dari puasanya itu, selain dari lapar dan dahaga (yakni tiada mendapat pahala)."




and bagaimana cara utk mengatasi masalah berat badan pada hari raya?.

me?. okeh. i'll move a l0t!. i'll turn to s0oo madly badly hardworking girl. mama just ordered me to do anything. i'm willing to do till my body sweat like rain. haha. tipula kan. tp bepeluh dgn sangat seronok! ^___^

so badan akan rasa sedikit ringan dan bertenaga kembali selepas penat lelah berperang dgn makanan =='

jangan dah makan makan bagai pesta riang ria terus masuk bilik tidur. memang terbaik sngt la kalo cmgitu!.

and this actually not a so called 'gedik nak kurus or diet' but more to a healthy lifestyle. :) cewah ~

oke dear peeps! ;)

tomorrow will be our open house day. so, i'll grab d opportunity to do l0tsa works.and sweats like heaven! pheww~ :D
