So what exactly is a "good" moisturizer? Dermatologist Charles E. Crutchfield III, MD, describes it this way: "It's a product that will do anything from gently adding moisture, to sealing in the moisture you've achieved, to helping your skin produce more moisture -- and which type you choose should be based on your skin's individual needs."
If skin is normal to dry, look for moisturizers containing alpha hydroxy acids. They can help skin produce more moisture on its own, says Crutchfield, an associate clinical professor of dermatology at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
If skin is very dry, he also suggests products using a technology called vesicular emulsion.
"This technology uses microscopic spheres that are alternating layers of moisture and water that slowly release throughout the day, so you get continual moisturization," says Crutchfield.
If skin is oily, look for a light, gentle moisturizer - but don't skip this step, cautions Crutchfield.
"Oil is not moisture, and even if you have excess oil you still need moisture," he says.

"The sun impacts collagen production in the skin, and without collagen, skin won't naturally maintain that plump, moist, youthful, wrinkle-free look," says Antell. Get enough sun exposure, he says, and skin will wrinkle long before its time.
Without the protection of sunscreen, just a few minutes of daily sun exposure over the years can cause noticeable changes in how skin looks and feels, according to the American Academy of Dermatology.
Not only will you see more wrinkles and fine lines, but also more freckles, age spots, and spider veins. Skin itself can look rough and leathery or loose and slack - all thanks to the sun.
Another option: Use your regular sunscreen before putting on makeup (it should go on first, before anything). Then, for touch-ups, use a light, translucent mineral powder to add extra protection throughout the day.
"These powders contain a natural sunscreen, and since they generally don't build up on the skin you can keep adding protection all day long,"

"Once that protection is lost, and the integrity of the skin barrier disrupted, skin becomes dry - which means it can crack, peel, itch, burn, sting, or any combination," says Crutchfield. It also means you can look older than your years.
The solution: Wash skin no more than twice a day and choose your cleanser wisely.

aha. btw, i just finish up reading EDWARD DE BONO books; "HOW TO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL MIND"
one word to describe this book : EXCITING :
it's not a story book, not a love hot hot couple book, not a cute cute love story book but it's a motivation books act. seems like bored rite?. but i was attracting by the cover. nice book cover and the title had captured my sight to not turn my eyes anywhere. and and once i open the book after mama bought it. *mengoyakkan book wrap dgn rakus dan gelojohny* ;p wowww. i'm amaze! ;). the vocab was not so hard to understand. so for those who wanna improve their english level, let us read lots of english books! ;)
and i'd found something in this book that force me to share with u all. *force?* ;p
according to EDWARD DE BONO . confidence is sexy. ya. i feel it t0o. once we are soo confidence with ourselves we manage to do anything smoothly and perfectly! ;)

hari ini kite ckp ommelayu semua lar yek. mmndangkan tajuk entri pun agak2 kemelayuan rite?. ehh.kan kan? ;p
ha. korang suke tak mkn mknan/ kuih tradisional ni?
kalo sy. sy..sy.. suke lar jugakk! :D nak nak ank buah sy nurin aisyah tu. omjayy! gile kot kuih kuih tradisional ni. bagusla. bak kata opahnya. aisyahh. ce cube pakai bj beli kt kedai biasa. asyik pakai bj beli kt parkson je. sekali sekala, ajar kulit tu pkai bj kedai unbranded. *aunty mengangguk betul* yaaaa! ;p ha. demand demand nurin aisyah tu, tp faveret kuih die kuih org melayu jugakk!. kuih paling die faveretla kann.. *KUIH BAKAR* or known as kt kualee ni sbg *KUIH BAKOOOOO* :P
and aunty plak suke sngt sngt sngt la kuih semperit. sukela. kuih wajib had0o!tp xpandai buat =='. sy suke sngt kuih ni. lembut. cair di mulut tidak di tgn :p uncle plak suke kueh ape yee? :p

kuih sagu ni nyummy and baby tade gigi pn bley mkn. tp jgnlar.xel0k. manis :p
ini sagu satu kaler ajee! ;p
buley juga kalau teringin nk buat colourful :). tarukla esen pewarna yek! and ada mcm2 cara nak buat kuah sagu ni. kalau org tua tua, absolutely mereka akan pilih santan sbg kuah sagu ni, tp kalau org muda mcm sy, susu pun da sodap da kaw! nyummy :D oke here i wanna share d simple simple very the simple recipe :P
BAHAN BAHAN :
sagu *beli kt kedai lar* its colour seems as white pearl :)
susu cair F&N or else santan la kan :)
gula melaka
CARA NK MASAK :
first masak sagu, dicampurkan dgn air. kalau sy, sy suke gunekan perkataan agak2 ajela nk masuk bnyk mane air. ;p
then, kacau je sagu sampai jadik kembang2. petua tanak kasik sagu tu hancur ialah sentiasa kacau sagu sampai betul betul masak. :) *jgn malass!*
oke. sagu da siap.
then kuahnye,
first masak gule melaka campur dgn air. agak2 ajela supaya jadi mcm air gula *sweet*
oke da siappp!
CARA NAK MAKAN :
sudukan sagu ke dalam mangkuk cumel, taruk gula melaka sedikit *agak2 je* then taruk susu/santan. gaul dan makan!
selamat mencuba ladies!

raye season? yow. raye is coming. naah. lambat lagi tahu. tp biasala pmpuan kan. ahaaa ;p
and me.? br aje lepas shopping raya. btw. i tataula korang korang smua kan. da shopping ke?.

now is sale. tp raseny sale da abis da. dududu sale da abis ;p
and peeps to buy a comfort fabric, naah vely vely d expensive tau but once the great heaven season had come, even me yg tade keje ni affordable nak beli fabric yg standard mak mak datin. aha. belagak . cis.cis ;p
no larr. i'm a bit choosy act. because i need too wear baju kurung everytime i go to lecture. till all d baju kurung pn da bosan agkny dgn i aha. so i need to buy something that really comfort me. the type of fabric and for me the most crucial part is d price yg mulahh. mulah mulah tauuu. ;p no mulahh no shopping. :p
and my skin is a bit demanding kot. mengada lebey. i can't wear nylon fabric. nylon ea? yg licin licin tu. my skin will turn to reddish one when i'm starting to sweat. then akn jadik sngt sakit. pity me rite. mama slalu ckp " sha kulit koman" aha. korang fhm kee?. koman tu something like low class skin la kot. ya ya i admit it maa =='.

lately, my mom always bought lemon fruit. ueww. masamm. i dislike all types of fruit yang masam masam ni. kalau makan buah jenis ni kt public of course ade jejaka perasan i genyit mata kt die. sebab once yg masam2 ni enter my mouth my eyes winked rapidly 0___0 ahaha. -____- 0____o *____* :p
but mama cakap lemon is good. compared to other sour fruits. then i google lar cepat2 mahu tahu khasiat lemon.
so here i wanna share wif all of u some important knowledge i guess. or else new knowledge rite. aha. mari membaca bersama ! :)
Lemon, one of the fruits that not many people will love. But read on, to discover the amazing benefits of lemon water and lemon nutrition.
