scars

I've got scars that you can't see
Scars that have been haunting me.
They are buried deep inside of my heart,
Feels as if my world has been torn apart.

I've got scars that you can't see,
The scars of a broken heart.
Sometimes i fake my laugh to ease my worries,
And show you only what i want you to see.

Each day I would close my eyes and pray,
That there is a person would come to me and say "I love you my girl, I am home to stay"
and shows me that all the hurting words are going to vanish,

I then open my eyes,
Mommy holds me tightly and whisper
" shhh..there's a person who will make you smile again and wipes ur tears
whenever you are sad.."

and today..
I wish this scars would just go away..

and today..
i can smile because of you..
